VHD operates this website and online store (the “Site”), which provides access to all content, features, tools, services, and products available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using this Site, you further acknowledge that these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vanhenden Golf Wear FZ LLC under the Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Consumer Protection and applicable Free Zone regulations in the United Arab Emirates.

From time to time, we may modify or update these Terms. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Site following any updates constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Note: Our online store is supported by a third-party e-commerce platform, Shopify Inc., which provides the technical infrastructure enabling our Services. However, all content, transactions, and responsibilities under these Terms rest solely with VHD.
1. Registration
You do not have to register to use the Website but may choose to register to purchase goods via the Website. There are advantages in registering and creating an account with us. Not only will shopping be easier, but your experience with us will become more personalised over time. By creating an account, you can store credit card information for easier and faster checkout, maintain an address book, review your order history and edit billing or shipping information.
You may request to delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@vhdgolf.com. Account data will be retained only as long as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes, including compliance and tax record obligations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms. Please note that VHD respects your concerns about privacy and recognize the importance of being transparent on how we handle the personal information you provide us. 2. Eligibility and Use of the Site
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase or manage.
To use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online stores or purchasing any of the products or services we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide in our stores is correct, current and complete and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information. 3. Products and Colours
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors or product appearance may differ from how they may appear on your screen due to the type of device you use to access the store and your device settings and configuration.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations or be the same as depicted or rendered in our online stores. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis. All product images, descriptions, and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
4. Pricing, Taxes and Payment
All prices on the Website are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of applicable VAT or sales taxes in accordance with UAE regulations.
In the event of any typographical or pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and either cancel or reconfirm your order at the correct price before dispatch.
Prices do not include shipping fees, duties, import taxes, or other levies imposed by your country of residence. These may be added at checkout or upon delivery, depending on your local customs regulations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with any such laws or requirements.
We accept payments through secure third-party gateways, including but not limited to Shopify Payments, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and others. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Ownership of any Product shall not pass to you until full payment has been received and confirmed by VHD.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of payment failure, suspected fraud, or price inaccuracies. Any such cancellation will be communicated to you.
5. Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract of sale is only formed when we send you a shipping confirmation email indicating that your Product has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, unauthorized parties, or in violation of these Terms.
6. Shipping, Delivery and Risk Transfer
We ship worldwide using trusted logistics providers. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery location, shipping method selected, and external circumstances such as customs delays, carrier disruptions, or holidays.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery of the Product to the address specified in your order. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. In the event of failed delivery due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, we may charge re-shipping or restocking fees.
You acknowledge that customs clearance procedures, import documentation, and related charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control or for the actions of third-party carriers. If your order does not arrive within 30 days of the expected delivery window, please contact us for assistance.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days after receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing at support@vhdgolf.com within the withdrawal period, indicating your order number and intent to cancel. You must return the Products to us within 7 calendar days after notifying us.
Returned Products must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed;
- In their original packaging, including tags and accessories;
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Consumer unless the Product was defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
8. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographic evidence before providing a replacement, repair, or refund.
At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund for such defective or incorrect items. Our liability for defective Products is strictly limited to the purchase price. We do not cover damages arising from misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, designs, images, video, code, and software, is the exclusive property of Vanhenden Golf Wear FZ LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“VHD,” “Vanhenden Golf Wear,” and all associated logos and designs are trademarks or registered trademarks of Vanhenden Golf Wear FZ LLC in the United Arab Emirates and other jurisdictions.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website or Products without our express written consent. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal penalties.
10. Third-Party Services
Our Website may contain links to third-party websites or incorporate third-party tools and services. These third parties are independent of VHD and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not guarantee or endorse the accuracy, safety, or reliability of such services.
Although Shopify provides our e-commerce infrastructure, Shopify is not a party to any sales contract formed between you and VHD and is not liable for any claims related to purchases made on this Website. VHD shall not be held liable for any issues, breaches, or disputes arising from the actions or failures of third-party payment processors, logistics partners, or service providers.
11. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VHD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Products.
Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, embargoes, pandemics, civil unrest, cyber-attacks, or acts of government. During such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure, and we shall resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.
13. Personal Data and Privacy
