Refund policy
Returns
We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage to packaging or labels will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your own cost.
To request a return, please contact us at support@vhdgolf.com using the same email address used for your purchase and include your order number (e.g., #VHD110…). Once your return request has been reviewed, you will receive detailed instructions and a return shipping label (for UAE orders) or a return address (for international orders).
All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval from our team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Domestic (UAE) Returns
Customers located in the United Arab Emirates will receive a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost. Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transport.
International Returns
Customers located outside the UAE are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. When shipping internationally, please declare the parcel as “Returned Goods” at your local post office or courier service to avoid import duties or rejection at UAE customs. Returns sent without proper declaration or unpaid customs duties may be refused and returned to the sender.
All international returns remain the customer’s responsibility until received at our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service and retaining proof of postage. Vanhenden Golf Wear FZ LLC is not liable for lost, delayed, or undelivered return shipments.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available within the UAE and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and can only be made for items of equal value. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead once the returned product is received and verified.
For international orders, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
Once an exchange has been processed, no refunds will be issued on the exchanged item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us at support@vhdgolf.com within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
When reporting an issue, please provide clear photographic or video evidence of the product and packaging to assist us in our investigation. Vanhenden Golf Wear FZ LLC reserves the right to request further evidence or verify the condition of the item before approving a replacement or refund.
We will not be held responsible for damage, defects, or missing items reported after this 48-hour window.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Sale or discounted items
- Items without any tags
Please contact us if you are uncertain whether your specific item is eligible for return.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the transaction.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@vhdgolf.com.
Customer Responsibility
Until the returned goods reach our facility, they remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend retaining proof of postage and tracking information. Vanhenden Golf Wear FZ LLC is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or delay caused by third-party couriers.
