Why are prices shown in my local currency, but payments are made in AED?
At checkout, all payments are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), as VHD is based in the UAE.
Prices may be displayed in your local currency for convenience, but the final transaction will be converted to AED at the current exchange rate.

How can I track my order?

At the moment, VHD operates exclusively online. Our website is the official and only point of sale for all VHD products.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your shipment and monitor its delivery status in real time.
My order shows as delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
If your order is marked as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, please first check your surroundings, mailbox, or any secure delivery areas.
We also recommend confirming with neighbors, building staff, or household members in case the parcel was received on your behalf. You can verify your tracking details through the “Orders” page in your account or in your shipping confirmation email.
If your package remains missing 72 hours after the marked delivery time, please contact us at support@vhdgolf.com. Our team will initiate an investigation with the courier, which may take up to 14 business days to complete.

What are the payment methods VHD accepts?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay and Google Pay for all countries.
Why has my payment failed?
Payment failures can occur for several reasons. Please first ensure that all personal and card details have been entered correctly.
If the issue persists, try using an alternative payment method or card. If your payment is still declined, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider, as the transaction may have been blocked for security reasons or due to insufficient funds.

Purchases
How do I know if an item is in stock?
All available stock is displayed directly on our website. If your preferred size or color does not appear in the drop-down menu, it means that item is currently out of stock.
VHD does not operate a waiting list; as soon as new stock becomes available, it is immediately updated online and ready for purchase.
You may also subscribe to our restock notifications via email to be informed when a product returns.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can complete your purchase without creating an account. However, we recommend registering for one to easily track your orders, manage returns, and receive early access to upcoming collections.
Returns & Refunds
How do I make a return?
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@vhdgolf.com within the allowed return period.
Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions by email. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
UAE: Our team will arrange a courier pick-up from your address once your return is confirmed. A return fee of 20 AED will be deducted from your refund.
International: Customers outside the UAE are responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as VHD is not liable for lost or untracked returns.
What is your return policy?
We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you must submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage to packaging or labels will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your own cost.
To request a return, please contact us at support@vhdgolf.com using the same email address used for your purchase and include your order number (e.g., #VHD110…).
Once your return request has been reviewed, you will receive detailed instructions and a return address. All returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving approval from our team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Do I need to include a return form in my return package?
No return form is required. Once your return request has been approved, please follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to ensure your package is properly processed upon arrival.
Which carrier can I use for my return?
You may use any reliable courier service of your choice. We recommend selecting a tracked shipping option to ensure your return safely reaches our facility. VHD is not responsible for items lost in transit that do not have tracking.
Do I have to pay for my return?
UAE: Returns costs 20 AED.
Rest of the world: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective. In such cases, VHD will cover the cost of return shipping.
How can I exchange my product if it doesn't fit?
If your item doesn’t fit, you may return it within the allowed return period for a fee of 20 AED.
Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. To receive the correct size, simply place a new order for the desired item through our website.
Please note: that we do not offer direct exchanges, each exchange is processed as a return followed by a new purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received at our facility, please allow 1-2 business days for inspection and processing.
After approval, an automatic refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
How do I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for your original purchase. Once processed, please allow 7-9 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Which size should I choose?
You can find detailed size information by clicking “Size Chart” on each product page. We have included the exact garment measurements so you can compare them with your own body dimensions and a garment that you already own.
Taxes and customs
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay when I order from VHD?
You will never have to pay any other costs than those that are mentioned in the check-out process. During the check-out process, country, state or region-imposed sales taxes may be applied. We guarantee that this is the final price for you.
If any additional costs involved in receiving or importing your order should be charged to you, VHD will pay for this. Simply contact us at support@vhdgolf.com with the order number, invoice and payment proof.

How do I change the country where to ship my products to?
When you visit our website, the shipping country is automatically detected based on your location. If you would like to ship to a different country, you can easily update this by selecting your preferred destination from the “Ship To” drop-down menu in the top-right corner of the website.
