Shipping Destinations

VHD Golf ships orders from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to customers across the GCC region as well as selected countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. We partner with DHL and Aramex for international deliveries. The courier assigned to your order will depend on your shipping destination and the most cost-efficient and reliable service available.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. Processing time refers to order preparation, packaging, and handover to the courier. It does not include transit time.

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • United Arab Emirates: Same day or next day delivery.
  • GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): 1 to 2 business days.
  • International destinations (Asia, Europe, Africa, and others): 1 to 3 business days.

While we strive to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to customs inspections, courier network disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. VHD Golf cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Shipping Fees and Free Delivery Thresholds

We offer free delivery depending on your destination and order value.

  • UAE & GCC: Free delivery for orders above 700 AED.
  • Asia, Africa, and international destinations (including Mauritius and Seychelles): Free delivery for orders above 900 AED.
  • Europe: Free delivery for orders above 1,100 AED.

Orders below these thresholds are subject to a standard delivery fee, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before confirming your purchase.

Tracking and Address Accuracy

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and courier details. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@vhdgolf.com. While we will do our best to update your details, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.

VHD Golf will not be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address information provided by the customer. In such cases, reshipping fees or return handling charges may apply, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, a handling fee may be applied.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

VHD Golf aims to ensure a seamless shopping experience by collecting import duties, VAT, and applicable taxes at checkout for all destinations. This means customers typically will not have to pay additional fees upon delivery.

In rare cases, local authorities may impose minor additional charges. These remain the customer’s responsibility, and VHD Golf is not liable for such costs. We recommend checking your country’s import and customs policies before placing an order.

If a customer refuses to pay required customs fees or declines the shipment, the package may be returned or disposed of by the courier. In such cases, return shipping costs and any applicable handling fees will be deducted from the refund. If the courier deems the parcel as abandoned or unreturnable, no refund will be issued.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has been handed to the courier, the responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping provider. If a package is delayed or lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to initiate an investigation. Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the courier confirms the outcome of their claim resolution.

If the courier tracking system marks your order as “Delivered”, VHD Golf will not issue refunds or replacements even if you claim non-receipt. In such cases, customers are advised to contact their local courier office to locate the package.

Return Address and Fulfillment Center

All returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment center in Dubai, as instructed by our support team. Under no circumstances should returns be sent to our registered office in RAKEZ, as this address is not authorized to receive product returns. Any items sent to an unauthorized address will not be accepted or processed.

Responsibility and Delays

VHD Golf cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, courier network issues, high seasonal demand, or other external factors beyond our control. While we partner with reputable courier services, all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
